1. CLAIMS FOR PACKAGE DAMAGE OR LOSS
For every newly received product, please thoroughly inspect it before accepting delivery.
a) Good Condition If the package arrives in good condition, accept it and retain the delivery documentation and packaging. Should damage be discovered after unpacking (though rare), photograph the delivery documentation, packaging, and damaged areas, and contact Carbon Warehouse within 7 days of receipt.
b) Significant Damage — Refused Delivery If the package is significantly damaged, note this on the delivery documentation or refuse delivery. Photograph the damage and contact Carbon Warehouse immediately. If you file a claim with the courier, provide the Claim/Case Number to Carbon Warehouse so we may negotiate compensation and determine the appropriate solution (reshipment or alternative remedy).
c) Significant Damage — Accepted Without Notation If you accept a significantly damaged package without noting it on the delivery documentation, all recourse is forfeited and you will bear the full cost of replacing or repairing any damaged components.
d) Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact Carbon Warehouse promptly. We will file a claim with the courier and provide feedback at the earliest opportunity.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Carbon Warehouse warrants that all carbon products (including frames, forks, seatposts, handlebars, carbon rims, and wheels) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the final purchase date.
Should any crack, structural defect, or failure occur under normal use during the warranty period, Carbon Warehouse shall, at no additional cost to the customer:

Replace the defective frame, wheel, or component with a product of equivalent or superior quality; and

Cover the labor required to rebuild the bicycle.
Shipping Cost Allocation:

| Model Upgrades | If the original model is no longer available, Carbon Warehouse will provide an upgrade to a new or comparable model at no additional charge. |
| Exclusions | Import duties, taxes, and any ancillary costs beyond replacement parts, labor, and shipping (where applicable) are expressly excluded from this warranty. |
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation, assembly, or maintenance performed by an unqualified technician.

Installation of incompatible parts or accessories not originally intended for the product.

Damage or failure caused by crash, accident, impact, improper placement (e.g., proximity to vehicle exhaust), or misuse exceeding the product's intended usage (e.g., Cross Country, Trail, All Mountain, Enduro, Downhill).

Use of non-compliant spokes. The strongest spokes permitted on our carbon rims are double-butted 2/1.8/2mm; straight gauge 2mm spokes are prohibited due to excessive stiffness.

Wheels not built by Carbon Warehouse or its authorized partners.

Normal wear and tear.

4. CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
For accidental crashes, rock strikes, or other unintentional damage to carbon products purchased from Carbon Warehouse, we offer a one-time 25% discount off the regular replacement price.
a) Eligibility — Applies only to products purchased within the preceding 2 years.
b) Costs — Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and all other post-shipment charges are the buyer's responsibility.
c) Limitations — Valid for the initial purchaser only; non-transferable. Each frame/rim qualifies for only one crash replacement.
5. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If received products do not match your order, do not use them. Photograph the product and serial number and contact Carbon Warehouse customer support immediately. Carbon Warehouse will review your case collaboratively. If return or refund is authorized, the following conditions apply:
a) Reporting — Discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with products remaining unused pending our feedback.
b) Condition — Returned products must be in brand-new, saleable condition and packed securely to prevent transit damage.
c) Authorization — Prior to any return shipment, confirm the shipping address, carrier, and declared value with Carbon Warehouse. Unauthorized returns may face customs complications and refund delays (particularly outside EU/EEA).
d) Refund Processing — Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after Carbon Warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
