What is Carbon Warehouse? Carbon Warehouse is the product division of Bike Revive, a bike repair and build workshop based in Luxembourg. We sell high-quality carbon frames and wheelsets that we've personally tested and approved.

Are you the same company as Bike Revive? Yes. Carbon Warehouse is powered by Bike Revive—the same team, the same workshop standards, the same obsession with quality.

What manufacturing standard do your products meet? Every frame and wheelset we sell meets our Z3 manufacturing benchmark. This covers material grade, construction precision, and post-production tolerances—particularly bottom bracket, headset alignment and carbon manufacturing quality.

Do you test everything you sell? Yes. If it's in our catalog, we've ridden it, inspected it, or built with it. No exceptions.

Where are your products manufactured? Our frames and wheelsets come from select manufacturers in Asia who specialize in carbon fiber production for the cycling industry. We audit and test before we commit to any partnership.

Do you sell complete bikes or only frames and wheelsets? Currently we focus on frames and wheelsets for custom builds. Contact us if you need help sourcing components for a full build.

Where do you ship? We ship across Europe from our base in Luxembourg. Delivery times vary by destination—typically 3–7 business days within the EU if the product is in stock. Products not in stock can be ordered and the delivery times are 1 week to 2 months. Custom painted framesets can take up to 3 months.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over €500.

Can I return a product? Yes. Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Custom or modified items are non-returnable. See our full return policy for details.

Do you ship outside the EU? Not at this time. We focus on EU delivery to ensure smooth customs handling and warranty support.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All frames carry a 3-year manufacturing defect warranty. Wheelsets carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through us—no runaround.

What if I have a problem with my order? Email us at stanley.dasilva@bikerevive.lu or reach out through Bike Revive. We handle issues personally because our name is on every box.

Can I get my frame built at Bike Revive? Absolutely. If you're local to Luxembourg or willing to travel, our workshop can build your complete bike with the same care we put into selecting our products.

Do you have a physical store? We operate online with workshop support through Bike Revive at 72 Rue Lentz, Luxembourg.
